By using simplyxity.style and joining our waitlist, you agree to these terms. The site is operated by Simplyxity Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16938823). Our registered office is Office 16349 182-184 High Street North, East Ham, London, England, E6 2JA.

Waitlist signup

By submitting your email, you confirm you are at least 16 years old and you consent to receive marketing emails from Simplyxity Ltd. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.

Acceptable use

When you use this site, you agree not to:

• submit fake, misleading, or multiple email addresses to the waitlist;
• use automated tools, bots, or scripts to sign up or to bypass our rate limits;
• attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, probe, or otherwise interfere with the site or the signup API; or
• submit content that is unlawful, harassing, or infringes anyone else’s rights.

We may remove your email from the waitlist if we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.

Launch-week discount

Subscribers who join the waitlist before our public launch are eligible for a 30% discount on their first order during launch week. We will email eligible subscribers when the offer becomes available; the exact mechanism (a code, a link, or automatic application) will be confirmed at the time. The offer:

• is valid for 30 days from the date we email it to you;
• applies to your first order on simplyxity.style or our linked Etsy shop, subject to any minimum spend or product exclusions stated when the offer is sent;
• expires automatically if you unsubscribe from our emails before launch, or if we have not launched within 12 months of your signup; and
• may be changed, replaced, or withdrawn at our discretion.

Intellectual property

All content on simplyxity.style, including the brand name, logo, imagery, and copy, is the property of Simplyxity Ltd. You may not reproduce or use it without written permission.

Limitation of liability

We provide this waitlist page on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do our best to keep it working and accurate, but we don’t promise it will always be available or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under UK law (including your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we’ll update the “last updated” date above and email subscribers if the change materially affects you. Continued use of the site after we publish updated terms means you accept them.
